Based on comments about the service from residents and our committee, Healthwatch Bromley decided to investigate how social prescribing was working in 2022 – 2023 in the London Borough of Bromley. We developed two surveys – for patients and Primary Care professionals – and a set of interview questions for social prescribing link workers (SPLWs). -

The E&V visit was carried out on Thursday 21st June 2023. The visit was announced and planned in partnership with the home. During this visit, four E&V ARs were present. The registered manager was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and the home appeared tidy. -
