This report presents the key findings and recommendations from a comprehensive evaluation of community mental health services in Bromley. Our objective was to review the quality of care and identify areas for improvement, to enhance service delivery and meet the diverse needs of service users.
The Mental Health Flexible Support Service (MHFSS) is a service for adults (aged 18+) with mental ill health, which supports their resettlement into the community following discharge from hospital. A floating support worker works with service users to meet their individual needs.
If you have lost someone to suicide, the South East London Suicide Bereavement Service is here for you. They work with people across the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark, including children and young people who feel that they would benefit from their service.
