A patient experience report with 600 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from April–June 2022. We found that 427 (71%) local residents reviewed positively with star rating 4-5, 27 (5%) neutral with star rating 3 and 146 (24%) negative with star rating 1-2. -

Due to the COVID-19 restriction, we conducted a virtual Enter & View visit to Jansondean Nursing Home via Zoom and arranged telephone calls with residents. We found there was a positive atmosphere throughout the home and the residents appeared to be completely at ease in the presence of staff. The general atmosphere appeared to be positive and friendly. -

We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Coloma Court, a nursing and residential care home in West Wickham, Bromley. We found that there were mixed reviews regarding the home amongst the staff, relatives and resident's feedback. -

We embarked on a joint project with fellow South East London Healthwatch's to assess patients’ experience of access to primary care from July 2021. We gathered the feedback of 149 residents and inspected 43 websites of local NHS GP practices in Bromley. -

We found that the home has a good quality service for it's users, staff and relatives. -
