    An E&V visit was carried out on 28th October 2022 by three E&V Authorise Representatives (AR). The visit was announced and planned in partnership with the home. In preparation for the visit, we shared with the registered manager a poster announcing our visit to display in communal areas and copies of questionnaires explaining the purpose of E&V visits.

    Healthwatch Hounslow developed a survey with five other local Healthwatch organisations run by Your Voice in Health and Social Care (YVHSC). The survey covered 3 main elements 999, 111 and working with partners with questions very closely aligning to the issues outlined by LAS in the project brief provided to Healthwatch.

    Bromley Dementia Support Hub is a charitable service that is commissioned by London Borough of Bromley (LBB) and delivered by Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich (BLG) Mind and Age UK.

    On 16th November 2022 Healthwatch Bromley visited Foxbridge House, a purpose-built care and nursing home in Orpington, Kent. Foxbridge House is provided and run by Care UK. In its prospectus, the home offers high standards of nursing, residential, respite and specialist dementia care for up to 84 residents.

    On 4th August 2022, Healthwatch Bromley visited Fallowfield, a nursing home located in a residential area of Chislehurst. The home is a three-acre Victorian mansion surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens, situated next to Fairlight residential home.

    On 23rd February 2023, Healthwatch Bromley visited Homefield, an inclusive purpose-built nursing home, situated in a quiet area of Bickley. The home offers a person-centred nursing care home for up to 42 older people and it is specialised in supporting people living with dementia. Homefield Care Home is provided and run by Mission Care.

    Our annual report includes how we have engaged and supported people over the year. We successfully gathered 2,487 resident's experiences of health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley and produced 13 reports.

    Based on comments about the service from residents and our committee, Healthwatch Bromley decided to investigate how social prescribing was working in 2022 – 2023 in the London Borough of Bromley.  We developed two surveys – for patients and Primary Care professionals – and a set of interview questions for social prescribing link workers (SPLWs).

    The E&V visit was carried out on Thursday 21st June 2023. The visit was announced and planned in partnership with the home. During this visit, four E&V ARs were present. The registered manager was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and the home appeared tidy.

    The aim of this report is to use PEP data collected between April –December 2023 to understand about access and overall experience of Bromley GPs. Data used in this report is aligned with questions in the GP Patient Survey (GPPS) to enable comparison. Analysis is provided at a Primary Care Network level.

    This report describes a research project on ophthalmology services (OS) available to residents of the London Borough of Bromley (LBB), and lists its findings and recommendations. Survey responses indicated that service users are broadly satisfied with the range of services available to them.

    The Mental Health Flexible Support Service (MHFSS) is a service for adults (aged 18+) with mental ill health, which supports their resettlement into the community following discharge from hospital. A floating support worker works with service users to meet their individual needs.
