Due to the COVID-19 restriction, we conducted a virtual Enter & View visit to Jansondean Nursing Home via Zoom and arranged telephone calls with residents. We found there was a positive atmosphere throughout the home and the residents appeared to be completely at ease in the presence of staff. The general atmosphere appeared to be positive and friendly. -

We conducted a virtual Enter & View visit (online and telephone) of Fairmount Residential Care Home, a nursing and residential care home in Bromley. During our visit, we spoke with staff, family, and service users about their experiences and response to living conditions as well as Covid-19 precautions. -

Our annual report includes how we have engaged and supported people over the year. We successfully gathered 2,442 resident's experiences of health and social care services in the Borough of Bromley and we produced 12 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services. -

On 12th July 2022, Healthwatch Bromley visited Antokol Care Home, a residential care home established in 1951 to care for elderly Polish refugees. Originally located in Beckenham, it was relocated to Chislehurst. Antokol provides housing and care for up to 36 residents, including 21 individuals with dementia and six with additional long-term conditions.
