    The E&V visit was carried out on Thursday 1st November 2023 and two E&V Authorised Representatives (ARs) were present. It was announced and planned in partnership with Springfield. In preparation, we shared with the manager a poster announcing the E&V, to share with tenants, staff and family members, and questionnaires explaining the purpose of the visit in more detail.

    The E&V visit was carried out on Thursday 28th September 2023 and four E&V ARs were present. It was announced and planned in partnership with the home. In preparation, we shared with the manager a poster announcing the E&V, to display in communal areas, and questionnaires explaining the purpose of the visit in further detail.
