Patient Experience Report: Dental Services

Our Patient Experience Report covers dental services in the London Borough of Bromley for the period July - December 2020. We gathered data from 175 local residents asking their feedback on Covid-19 observations, including PPE and cleanliness, profiteering and outbreaks.

We found that 427 (71%) local residents reviewed positively with star rating 4-5, 27 (5%) neutral with star rating 3 and 146 (24%) negative with star rating 1-2.
