For urgent mental health help: 

Bromley: Call the 24-hour Oxleas NHS Mental Health Crisis line on 0800 330 8590. If you need an interpreter, contact 111 and asked to be connected to the Mental Health Crisis line. 

Lewisham, Lambeth and Southwark: Call the SLaM crisis line on 0800 731 2864

 

If you would prefer not to talk but want some mental health support, Shout offers a confidential 24/7 text service providing support if you are in crisis and need immediate help. You could text SHOUT to 85258

National Suicide Prevention Help UK offers a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide. You can call the helpline on 0800 689 5652
Open 6pm to midnight every day. 

If you think you need urgent dental treatment, contact your dentist. If you cannot contact your dentist or don’t have one, use the NHS 111 online service. If needed, an urgent appointment will be arranged at an out-of-hours service.
