If you are currently using maternity services or have used them in the last two years, King’s College Hospital wants to know your views. To start the survey, you can scan the QR code or click the link below.
The survey is anonymous, and you don’t need to give your name or any details about your care. Your views will help them plan their services for the future and improve their care.
