Community Pharmacists Events in Southeast London

Community pharmacists across southeast London have arranged a series of online and face-to-face events throughout August to discuss with local people how to self-care and how to improve wellness as well as explain their role in helping people look after their own health.

The first session takes place on Thursday 5 Aug, 7-8 pm and is being held in conjunction with Africans in London (AIL) TV.

Patient Experience Report 2022/2023 Quarter 2

A patient experience report with 600 reviews collected this quarter about the health and social care services in the London Borough of Bromley, covering the period from July-September. We found that 422 (70%) were positive with star rating 4-5, 31 (5%) neutral with star rating 3 and 147 (25%) negative with star rating 1-2.
