We conducted an Enter & View visit looking at the care and support provided at Bromley Park Care Home. During our visit, we spoke with staff, family, and service users about their experiences and response to living conditions at the care home.

A patient experience report with 605 reviews collected, covering the period from April-June 2018. We found that 475 (79%) were positive and 130 (21%) were negative experiences of service provision.

We set out to speak to Year Five and Year Six children from Highfield Junior School. We were interested in learning what knowledge the children had around healthy eating and to also raise awareness. To do this we used
Public Health guidance to focus on: the Eatwell plate, sugar levels, salt levels, intake of water, the importance of exercise, the 5 a day message. We obtained 119 responses during the course of the workshops.
