Mental Health helplines and support

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, it could help to talk to someone. You could talk to someone that you trust, such as a family member or a friend, and they could offer support and help you decide what to do. They could also contact services on your behalf.

The crisis line is a 24-hour telephone service for residents of Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. For further information, or less urgent support, you can also visit the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust website.
